The KGMR556A2-Ti—or A2Ti for short—delivers the proven performance of the R556A2 in a lighter package optimized for SBRs, carbines, or DMR-style precision gas guns. The A2Ti utilizes internal gas flow geometry derived from the R556A1 and R556A2, providing excellent sound and recoil control while reducing backpressure on semi-automatic hosts. Trading hardened nickel-alloy and stainless steel for Grade 5 & Grade 9 titanium, the A2Ti merges the performance of the Rogue-Alpha design with the weight savings of the Rogue-Ti family. Bridging the gap between these two product lines, the A2Ti weighs 8 ounces less than its hard-use-rated counterpart—a 40% reduction in weight. As the first Rogue-Ti model designed specifically around gas gun use, the A2Ti features a 6mm bore optimized for today’s most popular semi-automatic cartridges, including .223 Remington, 5.56 NATO, and 6 ARC.
