Customer must include copy of their Form 4 and ID with their suppressor. Dealer must include copy of FFL with their suppressor. Suppressors received without proper documentation must be shipped back out within 48 hours and customer will be required to start RMA process again. Suppressors CANNOT be mailed to a P.O. Box. Physical address must be provided.
